You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account linked to Google and for all activities that occur under it. Access is strictly personal and non-transferable.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Dopaly only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict others' use and enjoyment of the application.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

• We offer monthly, quarterly, and annual subscription plans.
• Payments are processed securely via external providers. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time via App Settings to avoid future charges. Refunds are subject to store policies.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Dopaly are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

Dopaly is provided on an 'as is' basis. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.
